Background
I have spent 25 years practicing in organisational psychology, designing experiential and behavioural training, leading large teams and being responsible for overall colleague wellbeing in HR roles. You can therefore be confident that putting people's emotional and developmental needs at the heart of whatever I do is paramount. Working with individuals, couples or group therapy.
Moving to the Algarve 7 years ago has given me the opportunity to further my learning with a Masters in Psychotherapy and to work in private practice.
Life moves fast and change is inevitable, it feels the right time to be spending the time talking about what matters most to you.
Training
My training is in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), existentialism, gestalt, person centred, Transactional Analysis (TA) early attachment and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). This training includes my own therapy journey.
Current learning is in Hypnotherapy and somatic implications.
