It helps you clarify your ambitions, build resilience and develop emotional competencies needed to reach your goals. Psychological coaching provides you with perspective and helps understand what is blocking you and how to overcome it. I utilise a number of coaching tools and this can involve psychometric testing if this suits your situation to assist with the process.

Coaching generally works best for reasonably well defined problems which relate specifically to work. Coaching is more focussed on attaining goals and personal fulfilment rather than alleviating distress. The best way to learn is to teach “Harvard business review” May 2021. Your coaching may lead to a solution outcome of joint work between us with your direct team and colleagues - this can be challenging but hugely rewarding for individuals who want to change team culture or dynamics

Sessions are offered as a one off up to two hour session but are usually most effective when scheduled over a period of a few months - this allows the changes you want  to make become reality.
